Lemon Garlic Pepper Chicken

This tangy and peppery chicken is easy to put together, tastes great, and can be easily made ahead of time and frozen for easy meal prepping. Bake, broil, fry, or barbecue, this is a great recipe to whip together.

Makes: 3-4 servings
Prep time: 10 minutes
Total time: 2 - 24 hours
Ingredients:
2 - 3 lbs chicken breasts or pieces
2/3 cups fresh lemon juice (see note below)
1/3 cup olive oil
4 large cloves garlic, chopped
2 tsp salt
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients together except for chicken. Stir to combine.
Either pour the marinade over the chicken in the baking dish, cover and marinate at least 2 hours or overnight before baking.
Or place chicken and marinade in freezer bag, squeeze out all the air and freeze immediately.
Tips and Notes:
If you use lemon juice from a bottle, only use 1/3 cup.
